Eveningfolk.

A good cup at the end of the day.

We’re a beverage company based in Los Angeles, developing creamy evening drinks in vanilla, spiced chai, and cocoa.

We want to make something you’ll look forward to putting the kettle on for. Here’s a little about what we’re building.

The idea

It starts with
the evening cup.

Tea, chai, hot chocolate. There’s something familiar about making yourself a warm drink when the day is done.

That’s the idea behind Eveningfolk: a creamy drink that’s easy to prepare, with flavors you already know and enjoy.

Vanilla, warming chai spices, and cocoa give us three different places to start. We’re developing each blend with the same attention to flavor and texture.

We’re working toward a cup that tastes good, fits into your evening, and comes with clear information about what’s inside.

Our recipes are still in development. We’re planning our blends without melatonin, stevia, or monk fruit, and we’ll be clear about what’s planned and what’s been tested.

A little imagination

The knights and castles are part of Eveningfolk, too. Our packaging draws on old storybooks and evenings by the fire.

We want it to be something you’re happy to leave on the kitchen counter. And there’s something we like about a knight taking a break for a cup of chai.
