Order details
The order-details form saves your name, email, street and apartment address, city, state, ZIP, blend, quantity, plan, planned price and consent time as an unpaid draft. Payment is not available, and saving a draft does not authorize a charge, subscription or shipment. We do not collect card details or add you to a marketing list through this form.
A secure browser cookie provides a removal link for your most recent draft. Use saved details in the same browser to remove it. Drafts older than 30 days are deleted on the next order-details submission; this is not a continuous scheduled cleanup. Closing the browser or clearing cookies does not itself delete the database record.
Earlier tasting-list signups
When you join the Eveningfolk tasting list, we store your email address, sweetness preference, signup page, and the time and version of your consent. We use these to manage the list and plan tasting and launch updates.
How you found us
The signup form can remember referral and campaign information in your browser for up to 90 days. This information is attached to your signup to help us understand where interest comes from. We do not store full referring-page query strings. Browser storage restrictions won’t prevent you from signing up.
Where it is stored
The site runs on Vercel and signup records are stored in a separate Neon Postgres database. These providers process information to operate the site. Hosting services may keep routine access and security logs. We use a keyed, non-readable digest of your IP address for signup rate limiting, with old rate-limit records cleared after 24 hours on subsequent submissions.
Your choices
Joining is optional. You can remove your signup using the removal link shown after a successful signup; save that link for later. Any future update emails will also need an unsubscribe option.
Use of your information
Signup information is used for Eveningfolk’s tasting and launch list, not sold. This prelaunch site collects no payment details. No outbound email delivery is enabled at this stage.
